Which kind of motherboard / computer specification is required for Playout software ?

Core i7, 16 GB RAM, PCI Express slot in motherboard, PCI Express GPU 2GB Graphic Card, 1 TB Hard Disk, USB Net Setter with SIM Card for Incoming SMS, Gigabyte Motherboard is preferable.

To set Decklink card on motherboard must have slot available for that. Refer below given links for complete technical specification:

I cannot add the banner in banner advertisement . it show some message when I add the banner.

Make sure that the system has Adobe Flash Player installed. if adobe flash player not installed please install the latest flash player setup for your system.

I have a video file but it not showing in filler/movie/spot entry, how can I add the video.

if video file is not showing in any video entry screen, it means the video extension is not added in software, you can add the video extension from Administration->General Setup->Additional Setup . here you can find Custom File Types option just click Add New.. and enter the new file extension . now you can add the file to any video entry.

When playing filler song, I don't want to terminate the running song when spot advertisement time found, it should wait to finish the song the start spot advertisement.

you can enable this option from Administration->General Setup->Additional Setup , check on Play full screen advertisement after complete filler video song.
